Does spirituality make a difference in leadership?
What does an esoteric realm of intangible ideas and emotions have to do with leading in our world today? Does the question take on a deeper significance in a time when more and more people are seeking meaning, balance, and emotional literacy in their work?
The term “spirituality” embraces the deepest value by which people live. Purpose and meaning are widely recognized as essential to human flourishing and organizational success. And so, it’s time for spirituality to take its proper place in the conversation about both fulfillment and success. It’s time to borrow ideas and values from spirituality to aid decision-making, people development, growth, and social contribution.
What will you learn in this leadership program?
