Spirituality in Leadership is a framework for conversations with leaders at all levels about bringing our spiritual dimensions to our teams and our workplaces in order to achieve greater success and fulfillment and build and sustain healthier organizations.
“Spiritual dimensions“ refers to the parts of each individual that might be deemed “spiritual“, beneath the body, mind, and emotions. These are core human qualities, such as acceptance, loving, compassion, forgiveness, and peace.
These qualities are needed in the workplace more than ever before. The Spirituality in Leadership framework is an opportunity to engage in healthy, inspiring and practical conversations to enable us to do our best work and live our best lives.

MEET ANDREW
Andrew Cohn, JD, MA, PCC is a respected leadership counselor, coach, facilitator, consultant, and sought-after speaker with over three decades of expertise in leadership and personal development.
Andrew is an alumnus of Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and holds a BA in International Relations from Boston University, specializing in international business and economics. He earned a Master's in Applied/Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica, as well as a Master's Degree in Transcendent Leadership from the Peace Theological Seminary in Los Angeles. After beginning his career as an attorney in Los Angeles, he transitioned his focus to leadership and organizational development in 1997.
Based in the enchanting city of Santa Fe, New Mexico, Andrew brings his extensive experience to clients globally, engaging virtually and in person. In addition to coaching and facilitating virtually, he leads team offsites and leadership learning sessions globally, In addition, Andrew leads experiential education programs in collaboration with equine partners at EQUUS, offering a unique approach to personal and professional development. With over two decades at the helm of Lighthouse Consulting, Andrew continues to inspire positive change in leadership, personal development and organizational excellence.
